From your first inquiry to your first order, we make wholesale simple, transparent, and tailored to your needs. Here is what you need to know!

Just fill out this sign-up form to tell us about your business and what you’re looking for. This helps us get a sense of your needs so we can put together the best offer for you. Once you’re in, we’ll reach out with a personalized plan to get things brewing!

Once we’ve reviewed your details and determined we’re a great fit, you’ll officially join our community and gain full access to our wholesale platform. That means exclusive pricing, premium coffee, and a partnership built for long-term success.

The fun part. 

After signing up, receiving confirmation of your account, and logging in, you can easily browse our selection of premium coffee. Add your favorites to your basket and proceed through checkout just like any normal webshop. Please note, we maintain a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5kg of coffee.

Once your order is placed, we’ll manually review and approve it, then prepare it for shipping.

Payment for your order is processed separately from our B2B platform. You’ll receive an invoice a few days after placing your order.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, and if needed, we can provide a payment link for your convenience. For new customers, we require payment prior to shipment. For returning customers, we offer a 14-day payment term following the order.

Europe

We maintain a few simple shipping rules.

▶ If your business is in the Netherlands, we’ll cover shipping on orders over €200 (ex. VAT)
▶ Smaller orders? No problem, shipping is just €6,45.
▶ In Europe, spend €500 (ex. VAT) or more, and shipping’s on us. If your order is smaller, we’ll split the shipping costs with you, teamwork!


Outside of Europe

Outside Europe? We’ll sort out the best shipping options for you. Just reach out, and we’ll figure it out together.

To become part of our wholesale community we ask of you to have the following details:

Within the Netherlands:
-A valid KvK registration number
-A valid BTW / Tax registration number

Outside of the Netherlands:
-A valid VAT registration number
