How does it work?
Our wholesale process:
If you're interested in becoming a wholesale partner, we first would like to get to know you. This is why our process starts with a sign-up form. When we accept your sign-up request you can consider yourself a wholesale partner. This means we would love to work with you and we look forward to our cooperation.
Before you become a wholesale partner, it's good to know how we do things. Below we explain the 3 most important matters:

Ordering
After signing up, receiving a confirmation of your account and logging into your account you can browse you selection of coffee.
Add to your basket and go through the check-out as you would with any normal webshop. We maintain a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5 KGs of coffee.
We will manually check and approve your order, after which we will prepare it for shipping.
Payment
Paying for your order happens separately from our B2B platform. You will receive an invoice a few days after you place your order.
This can be fulfilled through bank transfer. If needed, we can provide a payment link.
For new customers, we require payment before shipment. For returning customers, we maintain a 14-day payment term after ordering.
Shipping
Europe
We maintain a few simple shipping rules.
Within the Netherlands we ship for free with any order value of €200,- (ex VAT) and over. Below that total order value we charge €6,45 per shipment and delivery with PostNL, DPD or DHL depending on the final weight of the order.
Within mainland Europe we ship for free with any orde value of €500,- (ex VAT) and over. Shipping happens via DHL or UPS for a fast and secure delivery. Orders below this value will be charged half of the shipping costs. After you order we will get in touch with your about the options for shipping and the various fees related to it.
Outside of Europe
We charge full shipping costs to the customer, please be in touch with us about the options via order@rumbaba.nl.
